Pain Specialist

Pain specialists, or pain medicine doctors, are experts at diagnosing the cause of pain and then treating it. Anesthesiologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons most frequently specialize in pain management. Some physiatrists also specialize in pain management. Dr. Allen Hord has been actively practicing Pain Management in Atlanta for over 20 years. Dr. Hord founded our Buckhead, Atlanta office in order to bring his years of experience to a practice where he can provide the highest quality care and service to the community. He practices a comprehensive approach to managing pain, which includes both interventional and medical techniques.

Dr. Rosenfeld is Double Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and completed his training in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation. Dr. Pickens A. Patterson III Pickens A. Patterson III, M.D.
Pickens Patterson III, M.D. is a Double Board-Certified Anesthesiologist/Interventional Pain Specialist with fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management. He has eight years of experience in practicing Interventional Pain Management in South Carolina and Georgia.

Dr. Ramon Espinal Ramon D. Espinal, M.D.
Dr. Espinal began first seeing patients in private practice in 2004 at Newton Medical Center. He is very familiar with the needs of the patients of the east Atlanta corridor and is fluent in Spanish for those patients in need.
